Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Director’s Assistant / Office Administrator in St Albans on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established company. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative and PA support to company directors within a fast-paced office environment.
Location: St Albans
Salary: Up to £32, per annum + benefits
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (25 to 40 hours per week – flexible and negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide full PA and administrative support to the company directors.
2. Arrange, organise, and coordinate corporate events and meetings.
3. Meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
4. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
5. Maintain and update health and safety and site security documentation.
6. Type correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
7. Manage document control and training administration.
8. Handle a variety of general administrative tasks as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role (PA to MD or similar level).
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Strong IT literacy and fast, accurate typing skills.
12. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and practical in approach.
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
14. Professional, confident, and adaptable working style.
