A well-established and forward-thinking claimant law firm in Warrington is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Hire Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services and wants to work within a modern, supportive environment.
The firm offers hybrid working, combining flexibility with collaboration from their new, modern and spacious offices in Warrington.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of personal injury credit hire matters from inception through to conclusion, handling a varied and technical workload while delivering outstanding client care.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a caseload of pre-litigation and litigated credit hire claims
* Handling matters through to settlement or trial where required
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other court documents
* Negotiating settlements and advising clients on prospects and strategy
* Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and regulatory requirements
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
About You
* Qualified Solicitor personal injury and credit hire experience
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and credit hire litigation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
What’s On Offer
* Salary of £40,000 – £45,000, dependent on experience + bonuses
