In this varied role, you will play an integral part in service delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities including but not limited to; arranging engineer diaries and be heavily involved with resource management to find a solution to customers needs. The role would suit an individual with previous experience in a service coordination or office controller position. Due to the nature of the position, you will need to organised and have strong communication.
