CWP (Content With Purpose) is looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Executive to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at an early stage in their marketing career to help create and promote purpose-led digital content campaigns, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in content strategy, social media marketing, and campaign delivery.
You'll report into our Content Marketing Manager as well as work closely with our Head of Content Marketing and wider production teams to help grow CWP’s audience and visibility, promote impactful content, and support our mission to drive the UN Sustainable Development Goals through powerful storytelling.

Your Role at a Glance
As a Content Marketing Executive, you’ll support (and at times lead) the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across digital platforms, help maintain campaign calendars, and assist with paid media and performance tracking. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our content engaging and aligned with CWP’s values.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and scheduling of content across social media and digital platforms
* Draft and publish organic social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
* Assist with copywriting for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and press releases
* Help manage and update content calendars and editorial schedules
* Coordinate the setup of campaign microsites and track updates
* Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters
* Assist in the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance (social media analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Support with (and at times lead) paid campaign management under the guidance of senior marketers
* Support with the Project Managements of often overlapping content series
* Help maintain and update the CWP website
* Participate in team meetings and help manage tasks across internal stakeholders
* Assist in promoting digital series launches and online events
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for sustainability and wider SDG Goals and making a positive impact
* 1–2 years’ experience in a content marketing, digital marketing, or communications role (internships or freelance welcome)
* Strong copywriting and editing skills
* Good understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
* Experience in SEO, paid media, and analytics tools (bonus if you’ve used Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads)
* Organised and detail-focused with good time management and project management skills
* A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
* Enthusiasm to learn and develop your marketing skill set
* Some knowledge of or interest in climate, sustainability, or wider social impact topics

* Salary: £25–30K depending on experience
