Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Environmental Advisor to be based in Reading, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
Alongside our ambitious Environmental team, you will work closely with our prestigious clients to develop innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions that contribute to a greener future. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects with strong potential for career progression.
Working with senior team members and clients in the regulated water and energy sectors, you will:
* Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs).
* Undertake environmental management studies and audits.
* Prepare environmental planning reports.
* Help manage environmental and sustainability issues across a range of projects.
Explore our Water business line and the types of projects you could support, including our appointment to the Cadent Environmental Services Framework.
About You

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Science, or Environmental Planning, accredited by the relevant professional body (CIWEM, IEMA, or RTPI).
* Keen interest in the water industry.

Working Arrangements
