🕒 Hours: Part‑time, 24 hours per week – Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (09:00–17:30, 30‑minute unpaid lunch)

About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people stay healthy and thrive at work? We’re looking for a confident and experienced Occupational Health Physiotherapist to join our onsite team at Nissan Sunderland.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage your own caseload, support employees with musculoskeletal conditions, and play a key part in early intervention and rehabilitation. Your work will directly contribute to keeping employees moving well, feeling well, and performing at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, from work‑related strains to post‑operative recovery
âś… Manage your own caseload confidently and independently
✅ Work closely with HR and managers on safe, timely return‑to‑work plans
✅ Carry out workplace assessments and recommend MSK risk‑reducing adjustments
âś… Deliver training and education sessions to help prevent injuries
✅ Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to provide a seamless, integrated service
Bonus Points If You Have
• Occupational Health or Ergonomics experience • ACPOHE membership • Postgraduate qualifications (PG Cert/Diploma/MSc)
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Physiotherapist (Degree/Diploma) with CSP & HCPC registration • Minimum 3 years’ experience in MSK treatment and rehabilitation • Strong communication and organisational skills • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
