Salary: Starting at £61,110, with potential for more based on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lead Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining Solution Architecture: Craft the architecture and design that meets business and system requirements while adhering to project constraints.
* Capturing Architectures: Document the current and future application, data, and technology architectures for your assigned projects.
* Ensuring Design Quality: Assure that the overall functional and technical design of the solution is fit for purpose.
* Providing Design Leadership: Lead the IM&T solution and collaborate with 3rd parties and product teams to ensure effective communication of the architecture.
* Liaising with Suppliers: Work closely with internal and external IM&T suppliers and product teams.
* Supporting Project Managers: Collaborate on project plans, review estimates and schedules, and identify potential risks.
Your Skills and Experiences:
Essential:
* Proven experience in the design, development, testing, and release of Information Systems.
* Strong incident and problem management skills.
* Effective stakeholder management, influencing local organizations, customers, suppliers, and peers.
* Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Desirable:
* Architecture qualifications, such as TOGAF.
* Additional industry qualifications, such as BCS.
