Distribution Manager
Pall‑Ex has an opportunity for a Distribution Manager to join our team at our new depot in Kennards House, Launceston. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 11am – 8pm.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and developing our transport office and driver teams, which is integral to the success of the role.
Qualifications
* Operational management experience in a Pallet Network, Parcel Network or General haulage, minimum 3 years
* Transport planning experience in Devon & Cornwall, minimum 3 years
* Customer and service‑delivery focused
* Solutions orientated with problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
* People‑centric with a proven track record of leading, motivating and empowering people
* Driven to achieve KPIs within budget
* Transport Manager CPC (required)
* Operator's licence (desirable)
* Driving licence (required)
