We are hiring for one of Blackpool’s premier food and beverage destinations.
Their catering operation includes a 300-seater family bar and restaurant, a vibrant and trendy new food hall, and four award-winning fish and chip shops!
They are seeking an Operations Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their award-winning, NFFF-accredited fish and chip shops, ensuring a smooth running of the business, maintaining high standards, and always providing exceptional customer experiences.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone confident in managing a large operation, supporting a team of 20–30, and maintaining excellence across service, food quality, and customer experience.

* Provide training to all team members.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management role or leading a large team.
* Experience in fish and chip shop operations is highly advantageous.
* Strong background in catering, food or hospitality business/operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident when interacting with team members at all levels and also with suppliers.
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service always.
* A positive, enthusiastic and hard-working person with a strong work ethic.
