We are pleased to offer an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our compassionate, dedicated, and patient-centred senior team. We are looking to appoint a Matron in the Women's Services department at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
Main duties of the job
We seek an exceptional individual passionate about leading a team to deliver safe, effective clinical care, positively impacting patients' experiences. As Matron, you will ensure services meet performance, financial, and government objectives while professionally leading and managing the workforce to develop a motivated and empowered team.
Alongside the Senior Leadership team, you will ensure our services are safe, timely, clinically effective, and person-centred, providing patients, service users, and families with a positive care experience. You will embed clinical governance processes to support high standards of care.
Proficiency in Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
