Turner Property Recruitment is partnering with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit a newly Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified surveyor to take the next step in their career with in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will deliver building surveying services across a range of sectors including residential, rail, education and healthcare, alongside commercial and mixed-use projects. The role offers exposure to inspections, measured surveys, defect diagnosis, and the preparation of reports and specifications.
You will also support and deliver fire remediation and building safety projects, making experience or interest in this area highly desirable. This position is ideal for someone looking to build on their APC experience and take on greater responsibility across technically challenging schemes.

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake building inspections, measured surveys, and defect analysis
* Support delivery of fire remediation and building safety works
* Prepare clear and accurate reports, specifications, and technical documentation
* Provide professional advice on maintenance, refurbishment, and repair projects
* liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Assist with project administration and contract management
* Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations and professional standards
About You
* MRICS qualified (newly chartered)
* Strong technical grounding developed through APC training
* Interest or experience in sectors such as residential, rail, education, or healthcare
* Exposure to fire remediation or building safety is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage workload effectively and contribute within a team
* Ambitious, proactive, and keen to continue developing professionally
