Your new role
This organisation's Finance function is based in a stunning renovated school, with idyllic views of the Lake District. Locally, they oversee a training division and 3 hotels. The Finance team of 10 are keen to recruit an additional member into their transactional processing team, on a permanent basis.
1. Supporting the purchase ledger
2. Monthly reconciliations of supplier and bank statements,
3. Processing subcontractor work agreements,
4. Reconciling control accounts.
5. Preparing purchase summaries, expenditure analyses for individual departments
6. Reconciling Hotel Rezlynx information, reconciliation of ie control accounts.
7. General office duties
Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break. Some flexibility around working hours can be offered to the right candidate.
Similarly, this is an office-based role, but occasional work from home can be offered to amodate.
The office ismutable from Ambleside, Ulverston, Keswick, Windermere, Kendal etc.
What you'll need to succeed
•Intermediate knowledge of Excel with the ability to utilise formulas and pre-existing spreadsheets.
•Previous experience in high volume Purchase Ledger or as an Accounts Assistant.
•AAT part qualified or similar experience.
What you'll get in return
