A growing B2B marketing agency is looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join its CRM & Data team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, implementing and optimising HubSpot and connected MarTech solutions for B2B clients.
Key responsibilities
Design and deliver HubSpot CRM solutions aligned to client goals
Support pre-sales through demos and technical scoping
Implement workflows, automations and integrations
Manage data migration, governance and enrichment
Perform technology audits and best-practice recommendations
Build dashboards and reporting
Train internal teams and clients
Key requirements
3+ years in agency, consultancy or specialist role
Strong experience with HubSpot administration, APIs and integrations
Experience onboarding complex HubSpot environments
Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable
HubSpot certifications (or willingness to gain)
2+ years' hands-on HubSpot experience
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo or Pardot
This role would suit a technically strong HubSpot professional who enjoys working closely with clients and building scalable, data-driven CRM solutions.
