As an Associate Manager in MLOps you will:
1. Be engaged at the forefront of technological advancements in GenAI and expected to keep up to date with latest trends
2. Set up the infrastructure to deploy LLMs and ML models from in the Cloud, or on HPCs
3. Lead the day-to-day technical engagements on a project, helping to manage a small team
4. Be the go-to technical expert for all things MLOps
5. Contribute to improving life at Accenture and the wider department by raising your voice and engaging – we want to hear your views!
6. Performance manage a small team
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
7. Robust programming skills (Python is essential)
8. An understanding of ML models, including versioning, deployment and training.
9. Experience with Docker, Linux/Unix CLI, Git, and testing.
10. Experience setting up RAG-LLM pipelines
11. Experience with one of a major cloud platform (preferably AWS, or Azure platform)
12. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
13. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
It would also be great if you have:
14. Basic familiarity with utilizing GPUs in the cloud environment
15. Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for ML models and data pipelines
16. Experience building APIs
17. Demonstrable experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
18. Knowledge of good DevOps and Data Engineering practices
19. Prompt Engineering

30. Collaborate meaningfully with all parties to ensure outcomes are reached effectively
Whilst having experience in a consultancy is beneficial, demonstrable experience in working with clients/external partners in other settings will always be considered.
