Job Description
The ideal candidate is a passionate, customer-centric marketer with a relentless drive for developing engaging content for both B2B and B2C customers. Up to date with new online trends, and able to transfer these into Optoma’s creative and that fit into the entire product roadmap.
* Web Site Management - Responsible for Optoma’s entire web presence for Americas, all product categories and pages on Optomausa.com, Optoma Mexico, Optoma Brazil and all microsites, as well as an e-commerce site.
* Responsible for Optoma’s creative and product offerings on all customer web pages for both B2B and B2C channels.
* Customer Journey: create and enhance journey on the website that facilitate the achievement of Web KPIs using insights from quantitative and qualitative behavioral data.
* Content Management – Responsible for driving the creative development of assets with the support of an in house designer.
* Manage content management system (CMS) on back end to update and change web site.
* Manage all content on full site and all sections including; product images, products specs and features, press releases, case studies,
* Manage any support needed from other internal stakeholders such as Legal, Careers, Service, etc.
* Measurement and Analytics: responsible for web analytics, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel.
* Drive SEO campaigns to increase brand awareness.
* Design and provide front-end HTML coding for site as well as incremental enhancements and/or re-work of current web based site.
Candidate Specification
* Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
* 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, web, managing & uploading content on company web site sites.
* Experience implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
* Knowledge of web Google analytics and metrics
* Experience working on global content or marketing platform that is used in multiple markets and languages.
* Design and Photoshop experience.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills.
* HTML code, keyword research and web content creation a plus.
