The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on this flagship Swansea development. You will support the commercial delivery of a large-scale residential project from early stages through to completion, working closely with senior commercial staff, site teams, and supply chain partners.
