We’re working with a leading housebuilder looking for a Sales Progressor to join a supportive, high-performing department that’s known for being collaborative, results-led and genuinely fun to work in.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, pace, and being trusted to manage their workload — with the backing of a great team around them.
The role:
You’ll manage the sales progression process from reservation through to completion, confidently chasing solicitors, agents and buyers, keeping everyone informed and ensuring deadlines are met.
About you:
* Experience in sales progression within a housebuilder or estate agency
* Or a Sales Advisor with strong conveyancing knowledge
* Naturally proactive, organised and comfortable chasing updates
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
* Positive, energetic and a great team player
What’s on offer:
* £30k basic salary + £45k OTE
* Based at Bristol Head Office
* 1–2 days working from home
