Responsibilities Supporting Senior Engineers with the installation of automated warehouse systems and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings Participating in software testing and validation exercises Learning the processes of, and assisting with, mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair Attending customer sites and assisting with technical support and guidance Documenting issues and resolutions to present findings to Senior Engineers Complying with both company and client Health & Safety protocols at all timesRequirements Our client is ideally looking for an individual with previous experience in the installation of Automated Systems within a warehouse setting. This isn’t essential however, they are also open to candidates who have an understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems that are keen to learn and develop their career. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in the Midlands. They would also prefer that a successful candidate hold a full UK driver’s license as there will be an expectation to travel to customer sites around the country, however this is not essential.
