Role Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver accounts and tax services for a portfolio of rural clients
* Prepare detailed accounts for large and complex businesses
* Provide insightful advice on tax planning and compliance
* Collaborate with colleagues and clients to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
* Identify opportunities for added value and assist clients in achieving their financial goals

Candidate Requirements
* AAT qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice
* Experience managing complex client portfolios
* Excellent technical knowledge in accounts preparation and tax compliance
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
* Experience in or knowledge of the rural sector is desirable but not essential
