Account Assistant

The role is for an Accounts Administrator at a prestigious Aylesbury based client, working alongside the accounts team handling reconciliation, phone calls and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Compile data-based reports
* Answer calls and handle queries
* Reconcile payments and manage accounts
* Maintain record keeping
* Write letters
* Deal with utility companies
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in accounts
* Knowledge of the Office of the Public Guardian forms (Beneficial, not essential)
* IT literate
* Organised
* Excellent communication skills over the phone
