Role Overview: To support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition with key projects, data analysis, presentation creation, and monitoring of talent metrics.

Scope of the role:

Provide insightful data, suggest strategic improvements, and support recruitment efforts across the business.

Note: This role is office-based, Monday to Friday, at LS12 6DB.

* Report and analyze weekly talent performance for recruitment and onboarding, including agency spend.
* Manage job board platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Total Jobs), oversee job credits, update company pages, and respond to reviews within 48 hours.
* Advertise home vacancies and monitor live vacancy reports.
* Lead monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinate arrangements.
* Prepare data and presentations for board and HR meetings, and Talent Acquisition projects.
* Track and control monthly departmental spends.
* Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to support recruitment, providing regular data updates.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including managing shared inboxes, queries, and updating trackers.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.

Knowledge and Experience:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Understanding of data quality and issue prevention.
* Ability to interpret data sets to generate actionable insights.
* Capacity to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
