This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a leading private client team and specialise in this rewarding area of law.
You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of private client work, including wills, estate administration, and statutory wills, while working closely with clients, families, and carers. Many of the firm’s clients come from professional referrals, other law firms, and the Court of Protection team, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise in complex estate matters and vulnerable client work.
With structured support and mentoring, this role is perfect for a proactive, client-focused solicitor who is looking to grow within a high-performing and collaborative team.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor who:
4. Essential: Has recently qualified or is approaching qualification through a training contract or SQE route.
5. Essential: Has private client experience gained during training.
6. Desirable: Has Court of Protection experience (but this is not essential).
7. Essential: Is proactive, organised, and eager to develop their expertise in this area.
8. Essential: Can build strong relationships with clients, families, and other professionals.
Salary & Benefits

10. Hybrid working—minimum one day in the office per week, with flexibility to suit individual and team needs.
11. 25 days’ holiday plus an additional 1.5 days at Christmas.
