About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
* Coaching and training sales staff to consistently meet monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets
* Managing budgets and overseeing the financial health of the branch
* Conducting staff performance reviews and leading recruitment efforts
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Streamlining operations for maximum efficiency and profitability, focusing on volume and margin KPIs

* Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and direct a team
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
