The only key requirement is solid SQL Querying experience, as the business are happy to develop skills in the wider administration including Linux and CI/CD with Jenkins. The wider technology stack is LAMP based so experience working on similar platforms would be a benefit. As mentioned, the company in question puts a big focus on training and progression and can offer a training budget put aside for the betterment of each and every one of their technical team. They also work hybrid remote, with the team coming into the office 3 days a week to collaborate with colleagues and working the rest of the week remotely.
