This varied position includes a healthy mix of Red Book valuations, HMO's and occasional Level 2 Home Buyer Reports. You'll work autonomously and be empowered to take ownership of your patch, build relationships, and deliver top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out residential valuations, surveys, and reports to RICS standards
* Deliver accurate and timely Red Book reports
* Work closely with both private clients & lenders
* Build lasting relationships and grow your presence in the local market
What You'll Need
* MRICS or FRICS
* Hands-on experience conducting valuations
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* A collaborative mindset and drive to develop professionally
* A full UK driving license
