Role Overview: We are seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to support AXA XL's transition towards greater business agility, focusing on practices, culture, and ways of working. The coach will provide expert advice, facilitate change, and ensure the delivery of transformation benefits, collaborating across functions and regions as part of the Agile Centre of Expertise within the Transformation & Change team.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-develop and support the agility transformation, fostering a culture of agility and ensuring consistency in practices and tools.
2. Provide coaching, training, and facilitation to leadership and teams, promoting a mindset shift and continuous improvement.
3. Help define and track OKRs/KPIs to measure transformation success and promote organizational change.
Required Skills and Abilities:
* Extensive experience in agile transformation within a global corporate environment.
* Strong change management skills and excellent communication and coaching abilities.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies, training, and governance structures.
* Knowledge of Jira is advantageous.
* Fluent in English, with high interpersonal and cultural awareness skills.
