We are seeking a dedicated and professional After Sales Support Executive to join our client's UK Operations Team on a 12 month FTC, based in their Marlow office. In this customer-focused position, you will provide exceptional support across all our client's brands, ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience. After sales (warranty and technical) experience desirable. Hybrid working after 3 months. Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities Deliver a first-class customer support service with a focus on achieving first-time resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders Take ownership of all customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up Authorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guarantee Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and drive operational excellence Support departmental projects from initial concept through to implementation Develop product knowledge and commit to ongoing personal development Travel occasionally within the UK to carry out inspections and review warranty returns Skills & Experience Required Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service or sales support, with proven problem-resolution skills Strong ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions quickly Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Experience using CRM systems Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong data entry, typing and analytical abilities Able to build and manage key working relationships across the business A reliable team player who is also capable of working autonomously and building trust with customers Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
