Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Chesterfield, who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive learning environment.
The Role:
1. Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
2. Providing 1:1 or small group support to enhance learning
3. Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
4. Encouraging pupil engagement and positive behaviour
5. Supporting children with additional needs where required
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
6. Has experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
7. Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to making a difference
8. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Is flexible, reliable, and works well as part of a team
10. Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
