We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our Operations team in Swadlincote.

Main Responsibilities
* Answer drivers call queries
* Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & e mail
* Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
* Internal processes to support the function
* POD processing
* Returns and fails processing
* Rescheduling of failed deliveries
What experience and skills are we looking for?
* Experience in customer service or a logistics role ideal and preferable
* Good communication skills essential -both verbal and written
* Computer literate - Use of MS Office
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
* Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry
* To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges
* To have empathy when dealing with patients on the phone
* Professional/Reliable/Dependable

Working Hours Overview:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required.
