Corporate Finance ManagerExeter/ Hybrid working£45k plus bonus and benefitsOur client is a growing Accountancy Practice with over 300 team members, with offices across the South West.They are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. Working closely with highly experienced individuals, you will have the opportunity to assist, progress and develop whilst working on a range of corporate finance transactions.Main DutiesThe main duties (but not limited to) are the following:Help manage business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, disposalsUndertake company valuation work using multiples analysis and other recognised methodsManage Financial due diligence including report writing and reviewing team members’ draftingLiaising with clients, in house specialists and other professionals to ensure smooth project management of transactionsManaging deal databases and drafting key engagement documentationPlay a leading role in business development, including attending networking events, new client pitches and assisting with deal originationManaging the delivery of the project alongside the directors and partnersAttributes, Skills, Experience and QualificationsIdeally the successful candidate will have the following attributes, skills, experience and qualifications:ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualificationRelevant Corporate Finance experience within the SME spaceStrong commercial and financial awarenessAn aptitude for and desire to be actively involved with business developmentA positive ‘can-do’ attitude with an appetite for progressionEmotionally controlled, confident and able to take ownership / accountabilityAbility to express ideas with authority and conviction throughout verbal and written communicationAdaptable, organised and conscientiousStrong research skillsStrong attention to detail and be focussed on delivering high quality work and analysisEvaluative, professional and with the ability to work effectively as a part of a small team
