About Us
We're a well-established, growing e-commerce business with a small, friendly warehouse team that takes pride in doing things properly. Every order we send represents our reputation — that's why we value people who take ownership, think ahead, and genuinely care about getting things right.
About the Role
We're creating a new Warehouse Team Leader position for someone ready to take responsibility for our warehouse operations and order fulfilment.
This is a hands-on role — you'll still be involved in loading/unloading deliveries, picking and packing, organising stock, and helping with whatever is needed to keep things running smoothly. But you'll also play a growing part in improving processes, maintaining standards, and supporting the wider team.
It's a great opportunity for someone with solid warehouse or picking/packing experience who's ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, long-term environment.
