Role Overview:
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of residential solar PV and battery systems. Working as part of a two-person team alongside a Roofer, you will primarily cover the South of England, with occasional travel to the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of residential solar PV systems
* Install and service battery storage systems
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical and system faults
* Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical standards and health & safety regulations
* Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality installations
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Solar PV / renewables experience
* 2391 Inspection & Testing
