I am currently recruiting for a Senior Learning & Development Advisor who is interested in a development role to a Business Partner for a well known brand based in Hertfordshire, a great business to join.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will lead on the L&D strategy and delivery, partnering with key stakeholders. You will have a key focus on delivering their Early Careers programme and supporting their performance review programme as well as supporting their early careers and talent and succession programmes.

Support the HR team with Talent Management and Succession Planning
Proven experience within a L&D role with experience of supporting Early Careers programmes such as apprenticeships and graduates
Demonstrable experience of delivering performance review and talent succession programmes
