Are you a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a people-first environment? Our client—a respected, professional services firm with offices across the South West—is looking for a confident Administrator to join their growing Crediton team.
Whether you're seeking full-time or prefer a 9am–3pm schedule, this role offers flexibility and a chance to be at the heart of a friendly, supportive office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll provide essential admin support to senior partners and play a key role in the smooth running of the office. Day-to-day tasks will include:
* Managing diaries, booking meeting rooms, and preparing for client visits
* Answering phones and handling general office communications
* Processing payments, post, and office supplies
* Supporting new client onboarding including ID checks and system setup
* Maintaining accurate databases and legal documentation
* Assisting with event planning, invites, and follow-up content
* Keeping client records organised and office information up to date
This is a varied role where no two days are the same—you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things running like clockwork.
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous admin or client-facing experience
* Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
* Organised and able to multitask under pressure
* Tech-savvy with good MS Office skills
