Our client, a well‑established and growing financial services firm in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker / Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their team on an employed basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor looking for income stability, a strong flow of qualified leads, and the support needed to maximise earnings.

The Role
* Provide top‑tier mortgage and protection advice
* Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
* Build strong client relationships across Norwich and the wider Norfolk area
* Keep up to date with lenders, products, and compliance requirements
What You’ll Need
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Mortgage Broker / Advisor
* Proven success in mortgage and protection sales
* Motivated, professional, and target‑driven
