Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE (Guide Only)

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview
* Lead and deliver a range of building surveying instructions across commercial and public sector portfolios
* Take responsibility for contract administration and project management of refurbishment schemes
* Deliver professional services including dilapidations, schedules of condition and TDD
* Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
* Mentor junior surveyors and assist with APC preparation
* Contribute to team management and internal processes (Associate level)
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements
* MRICS qualified with several years post-qualification experience
* Strong experience in delivering both professional and project-based building surveying services
* Comfortable leading client meetings and managing project teams
* Previous experience mentoring or line managing junior staff (for Associate level)
* Full UK driving licence
