The Role:HR Advisor – 12 month FTC, to £50k pa + range of benefits, Exeter, hybrid.
You will be supporting the reshaping the structure for efficiencies, the consultation process. We’re looking for a skilled HR professional to play a pivotal role in a large‑scale organisational change and redundancy programme – great experience to add to your CV. This role is central to ensuring fair, transparent and well‑managed change processes—working closely and supporting HRBPs dealing with redundancy consultations and processes etc.We’re looking for a confident HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of major change programmes that will shape the future of the organisation.

The Right Person:This requires an experienced HR professional who has supported redundancy programmes before. You will need to be:
1. Confident working with a range of stakeholders.
2. Practical, organised, and able to work at pace.
3. Strong HR advisory experience.
4. Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
5. A confidentmunicator.
6. Preferably CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
