We are seeking a full time Welfare Labourer to assist in the preparation of Mobile and Static Welfare Units. The role will include general maintenance, repairs and refurbishment to a wide range of re-locatable portable buildings & welfare units.
Duties that will be included in this role:
• Clean and prepare units prior to dispatch
• Complete PDI/Service Maintenance Sheets and book units in/out with office
• Complete basic servicing/maintenance of welfare units to include replacement of filters/oil change of generators
• Liaise with the office to arrange servicing of the units to ensure ready for dispatch
• Assist the Welfare Team with the refurbishment/Clean/Maintenance of New and Used Welfare Units.
You will have:
• Good general DIY skills.
• Full clean Driving License is essential, preferably to be able to tow trailers
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
• Effective organisational skills with high attention to detail and a high standard of work
• Good team player and with the ability to work on own initiative when required
• Very flexible with good work ethic.
Potential:
This role could be extended to the delivery and collection of mobile welfare units to include general repairs and maintenance of the units on our clients site.
