Overview
Interpump Fluid Solutions UK, part of the Interpump Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hydraulic hoses, fittings, pumps, PTO & hydraulic components, is looking for a UK Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy in the UK. This role has a strong focus on developing partnerships with leading OEMs in construction, agriculture, transport, lifting and material handling equipment.
What you will do
* Lead and motivate the UK sales team.
* Manage and grow strategic OEM and distributor accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities across multiple fluid power sectors.
* Bring added value through strong technical and commercial insight.
What we are looking for
* Proven sales experience in fluid power / hydraulic components. Would consider candidates from outside our immediate sector so long as they had OEM experience and a strong sales leadership ability.
* Preferably a technical background, and has a track record of delivering growth, especially through OEM.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a growth mindset.
* Ability to work across the UK with regular travel.
* Has a solution mindset - able to bring together all of what we do to bring more complete solutions to customers
