Customer Service Manager Vacancy - Daventry Accident Repair Centre
1. Position: Customer Service Manager / Front of House Manager
2. Location: Daventry
3. Basic Salary: £34,000 + Bonus
4. OTE: £37,000
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 8:30am - 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager / Front of House Manager to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Daventry.
This is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operation, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact through to vehicle return.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager will include:
7. Manage the front-of-house team and day-to-day customer service operations
8. Act as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, and work providers
9. Plan and coordinate driver runs (vehicle collection & delivery)
10. Manage the workshop diary, booking in repairs and organising workflow
11. Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the site
12. Work closely with the Bodyshop team to monitor repair progress
13. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements that the Customer Service Manager will need:
14. Previous experience in an Accident Repair Centre or automotive environment
15. Experience in a senior service, customer service, or front-of-house role
16. Familiarity with AutoFlow (or similar bodyshop/claims management systems)
17. Good understanding of insurance claims processes
18. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and driver runs
19. Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
20. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
