Position: Customer Service Manager / Front of House ManagerLocation: DaventryBasic Salary: £34,000 + BonusOTE: £37,000Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 8:30am - 5:00pmSupportive Management Team An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager / Front of House Manager to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Daventry.
This is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operation, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact through to vehicle return.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager will include:
Manage the front-of-house team and day-to-day customer service operationsAct as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, and work providersPlan and coordinate driver runs (vehicle collection & delivery)Manage the workshop diary, booking in repairs and organising workflowHandle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the siteWork closely with the Bodyshop team to monitor repair progressEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction at all timesRequirements that the Customer Service Manager will need:
