SHEQ Coordinator
Location: Buxton
Salary: £32,000–£40,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain SHEQ management systems and processes.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
* Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Support ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 standards and audit activities.
* Maintain SHEQ documentation and reports.
* Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the business.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a SHEQ, Quality, Health & Safety, or Compliance role.
* Experience within a manufacturing environment or a related industrial/engineering field is essential.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and document control systems.
Desirable:
* NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001.
