We're working with a growing boutique corporate law firm that forms part of a leading UK advisory group with a strong national and international presence. As the team continues to expand, the firm is now looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor. NQ solicitors qualifying in 2025 are encouraged to apply.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with a high-calibre leadership team-lawyers with decades of experience at top 50 UK firms-and to gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions in a genuinely collaborative and agile environment.
The Role:
You'll be involved in high-quality corporate work, including:
M&A (buy-side and sell-side)
Private equity transactions
Capital markets and fundraising deals
You'll work closely with senior lawyers from day one, gaining real responsibility and visibility.
Location options:
Manchester or Greater Manchester, with hybrid working and flexibility built in.
