Sales Manager
Brighton – Full-Time Office Based
My client is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Brighton-based commercial team. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity reporting directly to the Sales Director.
They are seeking a driven, target-focused sales professional to take ownership of revenue generation across a portfolio of industry-leading events. This role suits someone confident on the phone, commercially minded, and motivated by exceeding targets.
The Role
• Drive sales revenue across a portfolio of events
• Identify, engage and convert senior-level decision makers
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective attendees
• Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve and exceed targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
What They’re Looking For
• Previous experience in events sales, event sales or B2B sales
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Resilience and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work full-time from the Brighton office
• A motivated, team-oriented approach
Package
• Salary up mid £30s - dependent on experience.
• Uncapped OTE approx. £75k
