Role – Account Director (Large F&B Accounts)
We are looking for a Account Director to manage new business opportunities and lead the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This is a UK-based, remote role with travel of around 30–40% across the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
* Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs.
* Research and develop new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Keep up to date with trends in manufacturing, including food & beverage, industrial, hi-tech, automotive, and CPG sectors.
* Monitor competitors and identify ways to improve sales strategies.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making.
* Attend events and training to stay up to date with industry developments.
Qualifications
* Degree or relevant experience in Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, or Business Management.
* 7+ years’ experience in B2B sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and managing multiple priorities.
* Willing to travel up to 30–40% of the time.

* Attractive base salary 6 figures (£200k+ uncapped OTE), car allowance, pension etc
