Job Description
We're currently recruiting for a Project Engineer's with Electrical or Mechanical backgrounds to join ourAMP8 teams working closely with our strategic partner Southern Water.
Location: Kent & Sussex patch
Contract: Permanent, full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsiblefor?
As a Project Engineer, you'll be working within the Southern Water team, supporting them in ensuring the project is delivered in line with Kier's and SouthernWater's KPIs.
Your day to day will include:
1. Analysing and interpreting preconstruction information (PCI), Southern Water standards, and industry good practise, to ensure design solutions meet their requirements.
2. Solving problems and ensuring the development of coordinated and integrated design solutions relating to Electrical or Mechanical work scope.
3. Ensuring the production of all necessary design deliverables by supply chain partners such as specifications, models, drawings, data sheets and schedules required for the delivery of the project.
4. Ensuring that design solutions include specific design risk assessments and consider innovation, best value, safety, and delivery programme.
