Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Business Partner to join one of our biggest and most valuable clients. In this role, you will provide essential support to customers with their everyday banking tasks, enhance their experience with our products and services, and guide them through our banking processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer inquiries will be key to maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the end-to-end client Onboarding
* Deal directly with clients in a personable and professional manner from prospect stage through to the opening of accounts.
* Provide tailored, accurate and swift assistance to the client, ensuring a timely, smooth, and positive onboarding experience.
* Have responsibility for ensuring that client onboarding files meet the required Barclays policy and regulatory standards.
* Work in close co-ordination with Front Office, Operations and the relevant Risk and Financial Crime departments across the business.
* Act as a role model in respect of procedural requirements and have input into the Client Due Diligence policy and procedure development.
* Be required to assist the Onboarding Platform Delivery Manager and Support Manager with ad-hoc queries, projects and management of the team’s workflow when needed.

* Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with Bankers and Clients
* Demonstrate excellent time-management, self-planning and organisational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
* A good understanding of the role of private bankers and private banking products, with the ability to empathise and appreciate the relevance of the private bankers’ role in supporting the Onboarding process
* The ability to make clear presentation of information both written and orally
