Act as the primary point of contact with property agencies for maintenance works, maintaining documentation. Your new company My client is looking for an experienced property administrator to take ownership of over 100 residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, financial accuracy, and excellent tenant relations. Your new role Oversee the day-to-day operations of 100 properties. Be the first point of contact for property agencies regarding maintenance, rent queries, check ins/check outs, and more. Ensure timely collection of rental income and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain a detailed and up to date property database including deposits, rent reviews, insurance, and tenancy details. Address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained. Manage renewals, end of tenancy processes, and ensure rental rates are competitive. Match monthly tenancy statements with bank records. Coordinate with relevant parties for timely renewals. Prepare profit & loss reports for tax and self assessment purposes. Assist with technical and administrative tasks as needed What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in property management or a similar administrative role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Commercially minded with a proactive approach. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Comfortable working with databases and financial statements.
