Working hours are a 40 hour shift pattern over 7 days. Resonsibilities: Coordinating kitchen porters during service Work closely with the F&B manager to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house. Manage the cleaning schedules across all food prep areas About you: Experience of managing a team Basic food hygiene although training can be given. Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment Experience of manual lifting, COSHH training.
