This is an exciting time to join the business as they embark on a period of growth and transformation.Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for Financial Accounts, Group Consolidations and process improvement. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with hands-on experience in consolidations, management reporting, and financial analysis.Responsibilities Include:Provide proactive support to the Financial Controller in managing group-wide financial reportingOversee month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of resultsPost selected transactions where required and review financial data prepared by the wider teamPrepare the consolidation and management information pack for shareholders, including results, KPIs, and variance analysisCollaborate with finance and non-finance colleagues to drive efficiency and accuracyConduct analytical reviews of performance, costs, and margins to support business decisionsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow managementprocessesLead year-end consolidation and statutory accounts preparationacross the groupLiaise with external auditors, addressing complex accounting matters and managing information flowEnsure compliance with internal financial policies, maintaining strong controls and reconciliationsDrive improvements in systems and reporting tools, supporting a culture of continuous improvementSkills Required:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Proven experience in group consolidation, management reporting, and financial controlStrong technical skills and confidence in preparing statutory accounts and dealing with auditorsCommercially aware, analytical, and comfortable liaising with both finance and non-finance stakeholdersHands-on approach with a proactive mindset and attention to detailExperience in PE-backed or multi-entity environments preferredStrong systems knowledge (Excel, ERP, reporting tools)Benefits:25 days holidayHybrid working modelCompany pension schemeLife assuranceTPBN1_UKTJ
