Reporting to the Customer Care Manager,and working within a wider deliveryteam, youwill deliver a first-class customer experience drivinghigh levelsof satisfaction working on social housing refurbishment contracts.
Youllbe involved with all aspects of communication with tenants before, during and post improvement works andyoulldevelop key client contacts to ensure that the residents are fairly represented, and that service delivery ismaintainedat the highest possible level.
